My Story

Bryan-David Scott is a storyteller, entertainer, rock star Chef, Patriot, believer, fine coffee and premium tea specialist.
His new Las Vegas show is in pre-production with a target opening date of
December 18, 2024.
You’ve seen him on TV, online and performing at private dining experiences
supporting the Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and from inside the homes of
entertainment’s biggest stars performing what the world now known as The Bryan-David Scott Experience (private dining).

FUSION SPECIALIST

From twisted Italian to Spanish-Japanese, the array of dishes Chef and his teams create is immeasurable. No two dishes are alike.

Chef is internationally renowned for his steaks and seafood, distinguished for his specialty dry rubs and cutting his steaks with a teaspoon.

Cabernet Sauvignon and garlic Portobello mushroom Ragout, and grilled
asparagus dusted with smoked espresso.
